It’s a gorgeous view from Chalk Hill Estate Vineyard’s tasting room. We were there on a beautiful warm Sunday in September and took advantage of the outdoor seating.

The winery is quite a popular destination for tastings so be sure to call for an appointment. They offer different tasting levels, food pairings and an estate tour.

We tried a number of their wines and two really stood out for us – the 2016 Estate Pinot Noir and the 2015 Clara’s Vineyard.
As a side note – Recently we were in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and stopped in to one of Chalk Hill’s sister wineries – The Four Graces. There we enjoyed and purchased a few bottles of the 2017 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir – Always a good staple!
And….Many thanks to Jesse Enfield for making our Chalk Hill visit particularly nice.
Salud!
